My name is Reinnusri Munusamy
I’m a certified meditation teacher and holistic practitioner dedicated to helping people find balance, clarity, and peace. My teachings are not just based on study, but on lived experience making them authentic, compassionate, and deeply relatable. I believe true healing isn’t something we simply learn; it’s something we embody, moment by moment.

As a member of the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT),
I root my work in integrity and care.
My journey has carried me through meditation teaching, holistic human development, and into the heart of counselling, yoga, and somatic practice.
I am deepening my studies in Holistic Counselling, Yoga Teacher Training, Somatic Life Coaching, Nervous System Regulation, Polyvagal Theory, and Trauma-Informed approaches each one a thread weaving into a tapestry of healing.
What I offer is not just knowledge, but lived practice: a blend of meditation, movement, and nervous system wisdom that helps others soften, release, and return home to themselves.
Whether you’re seeking calm in the chaos, clarity in decision-making, or deeper connection with yourself, my role is to walk beside you with presence and care.
My Story
A healing space for the ones who’ve been strong for too long.

My Path to Healing
From surviving to truly living
On the outside, I seemed calm, organized, and “put-together.” Inside, I was exhausted, tight, restless, and constantly on edge. Nights were restless. Days were endless.
When Balance Wasn’t Balance
Doing “all the right things” doesn’t always equal peace.
“I was eating well, staying active, doing everything ‘right’ so why was my body still screaming for help?”

Waking at 3 a.m., heart racing, feeling like the day was already too much
Like many women, I thought this was “just normal.” Pills, pushing through, pretending to cope became routine.
The Turning Point
“If my life is peaceful, why doesn’t my body feel peaceful?”
That single question turned me inward, into meditation, research, and deep reflection until I realized something powerful.
For decades, I moved through life in survival mode. My body whispered, then cried, then screamed for balance, for a return to the natural rhythm of homeostasis.
My nervous system was always on guard,
trapped in the cycle of fight, flight, or freeze.
And yet, I came to see the truth: it wasn’t broken. It was simply doing its best to protect me, stuck in survival, waiting for a way home.
I began to see that I wasn’t alone. So many women were carrying the same invisible weight, deadlines, family demands, expectations, exhaustion quietly holding it all together while feeling disconnected inside.
Out of that realization, the seed of Jananam was planted: a space where women could finally exhale, release the weight they’ve been carrying, and feel at home in their own bodies.


The Birth of JANANAM
JANANAM means Birth and it was born not from concept, but
From a lived journey,
From real pain,
From real awakening,
From real transformation.
Every process within JANANAM was forged through direct healing, refined through study, and offered with deep reverence for the human experience.
Jananam is the sacred birth of your wholeness each time you return within.
Through meditation, yoga, and mind–body practices,
I learned to reset my nervous system, soften the tension,
and reconnect with the wholeness of body and mind.
Now, I guide women to do the same.
At Jananam, healing isn’t about abandoning your roles or erasing your past. It’s about remembering who you are beneath the layers of survival. It’s about learning to meet life from awareness instead of reaction to return to wholeness, breath by breath.
