A short, guided practice that combines breathwork, mindful awareness, and somatic release designed for moments when you feel tense, scattered, or overwhelmed.
This reset brings your mind, body, and energy back into alignment so you can return to your day feeling calm, grounded, and clear.
 
Step-by-Step Mini Reset Ritual












1. Ground Your Body (2 minutes)
Sit or stand comfortably. Feel your feet connected to the ground.
Take 3 deep breaths in through your nose, out through your mouth and gently whisper:
“I am safe to slow down.”
With each exhale, allow your shoulders, jaw, and belly to soften.
 











2. Breathe Into Balance (3 minutes)
Inhale for 4 counts, hold for 2, exhale for 6.
This extended exhale activates your vagus nerve, signalling your body that it’s safe to relax.
Repeat for 5 rounds.
Feel your breath move like a wave slow, rhythmic, and soothing.
 











3. Emotional Reset (3 minutes)
Place your hand on your heart and ask:
“What emotion is present right now?”
Don’t analyse just name it: anxious, tired, heavy, hopeful…
As you breathe, imagine this emotion as energy that’s gently softening and releasing through your exhale.
Whisper: “It’s safe for me to feel and let go.”
 
















4. Reconnect to Stillness (2 minutes)
Close your eyes and imagine a soft golden light expanding in your chest.
With every breath, let it fill your whole body your face, arms, and legs.
Feel warmth, safety, and peace returning to your inner space.
When ready, open your eyes and whisper:
“I choose peace now.”
 









End with Gratitude
Place your palms together and thank your body for carrying you through another day.
